Inclusive Leadership My LEGACY believes in the transformative power of women and youth as agents of change in their communities. Their approach involves empowering women and youth through training, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives.
They strive to break gender and age barriers, foster inclusivity, and encourage active participation in decision-making processes. Collaboration and networking are essential, as they work with local communities, NGOs, and stakeholders to amplify their impact and advocate for inclusive leadership and gender-responsive policies.
Through community-driven projects, My LEGACY addresses the unique needs of women and youth, promoting sustainable development, poverty alleviation, and access to education, entrepreneurship, and essential services.
Economic Empowerment
My LEGACY is dedicated to empowering women and youth by providing them with the tools, resources, and skills necessary for economic empowerment. We offer training programs, workshops, and mentoring initiatives that focus on entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
The organization identifies livelihood opportunities in traditional and emerging industries, allowing individuals to contribute to local economic growth. Through comprehensive skill development programs, internships, and volunteer opportunities, they equip women and youth with the necessary skills to excel in their chosen fields.
MyLegacy facilitates access to grants and establishes networks and partnerships to help individuals overcome financial barriers and access resources and markets. Mentorship programs provide guidance and valuable insights, fostering confidence, innovation, and resilience among women and youth.
Women & Children Protection Advocacy
We advocate for the rights, well-being, and empowerment of women and children, envisioning a society where individuals live free from poverty, discrimination, and violence. Our approach involves various strategies. We advocate for gender equality, equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for women.
We challenge gender stereotypes, promote women’s leadership, and address issues like gender-based violence. We also focus on children’s rights, advocating for quality education, safe environments, and the elimination of violence. We engage in legal and policy advocacy, collaborating with organizations and stakeholders to enforce laws protecting gender equality and children’s rights.
Raising awareness through campaigns and education programs is essential to foster a culture of respect and equality. Collaboration and partnerships with like-minded entities enable us to amplify our impact and advocate effectively at different levels. Together, we aim to empower and protect women and children, nurturing a better world for all.
